The mentoring programme is designed to support the career success of women in private equity by providing the means for less experienced women to benefit from the experience of more senior men and women without judgement or risk.
Mentees are matched with senior professionals by Level 20 who have been chosen on the basis of their experience and commitment to the cause
The initial mentoring period is September to June in every year
Mentors and mentees endeavour to meet at least five times during that period
Mentoring Advisory Council
Level 20 works with a Council of senior HR professionals in the private equity industry to develop and administer the mentoring programme. This Council is also responsible for working with us to develop specific working policies aimed at providing some consistent benchmarks across the European private equity industry. Current members of the council include: Ellen Garvey-Das (Egon Zehnder), Ruth Jackson (Advent), Zoe Lockwood (Cinven), Georgia Rankin (Russell Reynolds) and Helene Thomas (CVC).
