Level 20 is now running its third annual mentoring programme. The programme has been a great success, growing each year with demand exceeding the capacity of the programme.

Mentoring Advisory Council
The programme offers two distinct strands to suit different stages of a career:
– Mid-level women mentored by senior men and women
– Junior women (with at least two years’ experience) mentored for the most part by mid-level women who were mid-level mentees.
The programme runs for nine months from the autumn to June the following year, with applications for the autumn intake considered during the summer months.
