Connecting women in private equity

Level 20 committees help to support the growth of female networks enabling women to network, share experiences and forge connections with other women working in private equity.

Committee members play a vital role supporting Level 20’s events programme, suggesting relevant and timely topics for regular digital and live events which include technical training workshops, networking and interpersonal skills.

This is a group of senior investment professionals who meet in-person and digitally on a regular basis to discuss both positive experiences and the challenges they face. External speakers are also invited to chair discussions for members. These events are opportunities for senior leaders to network and build relationships with other women in similar roles.
