Christina’s first exposure to private equity dates back to 1992 when she interned in the legal department of a German buyout fund.
Following stints in retail management at Tiffany & Co., and equity research at Salomon Smith Barney, Christina re-joined the private equity industry in 2000 with HarbourVest Partners, lastly serving as a Vice President in its secondary investment group. From 2005 through 2009, Christina was Head of Investor Relations for Europe and the Middle East with KKR. Today, Christina is a Managing Partner of Alcyon Holding, a family investment company in Switzerland, where she oversees private equity and other alternative investments.
Christina holds a BA from Amherst College, and an MBA from INSEAD. She sits on the Board of Invest Europe and is a member of the LP Council. She also serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of the INSEAD Global Private Equity Initiative.
Christina put on her first pair of skis aged three and when not working can frequently be found on the slopes. She is also passionate about the arts and music.
