Pam Jackson



Pam was appointed CEO of Level 20 in November 2019.  She has worked as an advisor to the private equity industry for over 35 years. She started her career at Thornton Baker in 1977 where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser.

She joined what is now PwC in 1983 and spent 36 years with them, 29 as a Partner before her retirement earlier this year. She was a founder member of the team set up to advise on private equity and corporate M&A in the 1980’s counting many private equity firms among her clients.  In the last few years she was based in the Middle East where she ran the PwC Deals business.

Pam has served on the Executive Board of PwC Middle East and on the governance boards of PwC UK and PwC Middle East. She has also been at the forefront of the diversity agenda throughout her career setting up PwC Female Partners and Directors network in 2001. She recently completed her International Director Programme at Insead.

In her spare time Pam enjoys weightlifting, scuba diving and gardening as well as spending time with her family.
