Paul is an experienced transformational leader who has worked in multinational businesses with over a decade long career in Aldermore Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva, NHS and Advertising Technology, involving roles such as VP of Technology Inclusion, Head of Inclusion and Diversity and Head of Organisation Development and Capability.
Paul’s passion is Inclusion and Diversity, corporate responsibility, and its local community.

Paul has built and delivered programmes for Gender Equality; Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Representation; LGBT+; Support for Parents and Carers and Mental Health. These award winning and recognised programmes have led to the increase of Senior Management roles held by women to 40%; Ethnic representation targets of 10% and 8% at Senior Management levels; creation of an inclusive and open working environment for LGBT+ colleagues, resulting in one of Paul’s clients being the first UK owned company to include gender dysphoria as part of the Private Medical Benefit in 2016; improvement to Maternity, Adoption, Paternity and Shared Parental Leave policies to support working parents; built and developed a network of mental health first-aid to support colleagues and customer.
Paul is a qualified NLP Master Coach and has a proven track record as a dynamic coach for cultural change, innovation, and capability.
