The Level 20 mentoring programme has been running since 2015 and is designed to enable women working in the industry to benefit from the lessons learned and insights of those with more experience. The mentoring relationship also allows the mentors themselves to gain insights into the challenges faced by women.

The mentoring programme is divided into two cohorts:
- Mid-career women mentored by senior men and women.
- Junior women, mentored largely by mid-career women who have been mentees in the previous programme.
The programme runs for nine months from September to June the following year. Priority is given to those who work in firms that sponsor Level 20.
Level 20 full members are contacted in the spring about participation in the next mentoring programme and, if interested, will be asked to complete an application form.
