Fiona joined Level 20 in September 2025 as the Interim Head of Industry Impact, leading our Advocacy, Outreach and Research pillars. She joins from Deloitte where she was the North and South Europe Purpose Lead; working closely with the Managing Partner for People and Purpose, CEO, and their Executive Team to increase gender diversity in leadership in the firm, as well as leading the broader purpose agenda.
She qualified at Deloitte as a chartered accountant, has worked in corporate tax advisory, strategy consulting and as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Fiona took a career break in 2013, working in Uganda to help bank the unbanked via the mobile money network. She continues this connection to Uganda as CEO of Path to Prosper, a charity that supports young people into employment. Fiona has a BA in Geography from Oxford University and is based in London.
Outside of work she loves spending time with friends and family, travelling, cooking and reading. She watches and plays sport when she gets the chance and spends most of the weekend at the side of a pitch cheering on her three children.
