All of the activities which Level 20 undertake are entirely focused on supporting our goal of increasing the percentage of women in senior leadership in private equity.
We are a membership organisation and our work is split between supporting those members who already work within the private equity industry, being a source of knowledge on the gender balance within the industry, and encouraging new talent.
