Private Equity Female Academy
The Private Equity Female Academy (PEFA) admitted 16 female business students with an interest in private equity. The programme included six working sessions hosted by the five organising private equity firms alongside a final networking and graduation event.
Feedback was positive with participant knowledge of private equity and enthusiasm to work in the industry increasing substantially among participants.

Due to the competitive nature of the industry, I had some expectations about the culture. However, it has been uplifting to have these perceptions challenged and realise that competitiveness and ambitions can go hand-in-hand with a motivating work culture.

Shaping the next generation of leaders
The Level 20 mentoring programme supports women currently working in private equity to succeed and progress within their firms.
