Eleanor is a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team at Cinven, and Chair of the mentoring programme for Level 20.
Previously, Eleanor was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at CPBE Capital where she led two successful fundraises. Prior to joining CPBE, Eleanor was an LP at Adams Street Partners and Horsley Bridge Partners, where she focused on making and monitoring primary commitments to European private equity managers. She started her career as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.
Outside of work, Ella very much enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and two dogs. Ella loves to cook and her perfect weekend involves hosting lunches for friends and family, followed by a long and refreshing walks on the beach.
