Notes to editors

Level 20 is a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to increase the number of women working in senior investment roles in private equity and venture capital to at least 20%.

We do this through international research and advocacy, and Europe-wide networking and mentoring initiatives, with 6,500+ members across 13 chapters. Our work is supported by sponsorship from over 120 GPs and LPs, and also supports firms to understand the barriers women face and how to be a part of the solutions that are driving change.
