Kayte joined Level 20 in April 2025 as Interim Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility across finance and operations.
Kayte has over 18 years of experience within alternative investment management, where she has held several senior roles within finance and operations, both in-house and as a consultant. She has particular experience in building for scale, organisational design and development, resolving legacy challenges and stakeholder and project management, across both fund and corporate operations.
Kayte qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. She also holds an LLB (Law and Spanish) from The University of Edinburgh.
