Level 20 is pleased to publish an updated version of the European gender diversity report (2022) incorporating new insights from focus groups held across Europe.
Focus groups in each country discussed the data presented in the Level 20 report to examine the drivers of gender diversity, particularly exploring how firms are working to implement positive change. Participants identified key themes and actions for both firms and the wider industry to take, to continue to increase the representation of women, particularly at senior levels, across the continent.
We hope to see the summaries of these discussions being used as a starting point for conversations at a country level, by our local chapters, industry bodies and firms, to push for meaningful change.
Firms can continue to use the benchmarking tool released in 2022 to review their position, coupled with this resource, to support meaningful activity in individual offices and countries.

Level 20 data, coupled with our focus group discussions, have promoted greater understanding of the drivers of diversity in individual European countries. We look forward to supporting firms and the industry as a whole to act upon the practical insights in this report to make change.
