Our initiatives support women’s careers and we work in partnership with the wider industry.
We bring together women working in private equity, enabling them to build their network and find support, mentorship and role models, including from men in the industry, who can also be members of Level 20.
Level 20 invites the industry to support its mission by engaging in our activities. Through data-led research and insights, we offer actionable guidance to help firms create more inclusive environments.

Outreach
Our Careers Portal, launched in 2025, acts as a resource bank, curating information on how to join the industry and the skills needed to succeed. In addition, we partner with recruitment firms to run short networking sessions designed to connect senior professionals with the next generation of high-potential talent.
