We convene the industry, collaborating with firms to drive change across Europe. We also work with industry bodies, advisory partners and academia.

Research & insight
Our data and insight is a valuable tool for firms wanting to understand how both culture and policy affects recruitment, retention and progression. Focus group feedback reflects the voice of women in the industry and benchmarking tools allow for comparison across Europe.
Events & media
Our engagement work includes speaking at industry conferences to support our visibility and shared goals and we work to increase media coverage of our research and insight. Our career development events also support members to speak at external forums, with topics covering public speaking and moderating panel discussions.
Social media
On social engagement, our central LinkedIn account has over 14,000 followers and including our chapter accounts, this brings total followers to over 23,000. We launched our Instagram account @level20_pevc in March 2025 – this supports the Careers Portal and expands our reach to inspire the next generation to join the industry.
Careers portal
Our Careers Portal is a one stop shop for resources for those interested in a career in private equity, including new and inspirational video interviews with role models. The portal acts as a resource bank, curating information on how to join the industry and the skills needed to succeed. Open to all, it is aimed at those working in or considering adjacent industries, such as investment banking, consulting and STEM careers. Level 20’s sponsors are encouraged to promote work experience and internship opportunities on the site.
Sponsor portal
The Sponsor Portal is a curated hub of external and commissioned resources exclusively for sponsors. It includes our gender diversity and family leave research, and joint initiatives such as our Deloitte Family Leave Framework. The portal also includes a directory of providers and speakers sourced from Level 20’s network.
