Careers Portal
Aimed at challenging perceptions and broadening access to the profession, the careers portal acts as a resource bank, curating information on how to join the industry, the skills needed to succeed, and profiling individuals.
Open to all, it is aimed at those working in or considering adjacent industries, such as investment banking, consulting and STEM careers, many of whom are associate Level 20 members.
Level 20’s new Instagram channel @level20_pevc provides an opportunity to share portal content and raise awareness with a wider audience.
Internships
Internships are a great way for young talent — that may otherwise have not considered a career in private equity — to experience the sector. Industry insight programmes attract a breadth of talent from a wide range of backgrounds.
