Voices from across the industry

In an industry where so much still hinges on being in the right room at the right moment, Level 20 has created a room of its own… filled with women and male allies who champion, mentor, challenge and elevate one another. For many of us, this is the first time we had access to a network that sits outside our firms.

It was certainly the case for our generation that women weren’t encouraged to think proactively about networking. Nobody sat me down when I started work and said that the most important thing you can do is build a constructive set of relationships with people who can grow with you as you progress in your career and who can in turn connect you with other people. I think that’s unbelievably important; it doesn’t matter what sector you work in.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to receive ongoing support and sponsorship from the founders and senior leaders of Level 20. Their guidance, feedback, and the opportunities they’ve extended to me have been instrumental in my growth.
As I continue to develop my career, their encouragement remains a meaningful source of support.NINA KRAUS

Since we launched Level 20’s first international chapter, the DACH network has become a catalyst for change in private equity. In less than a decade, our community of female investors has grown from a handful of pioneers to a dynamic force shaping deals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland – and we’re gearing up for an even bigger leap forward.
