In Finland the Level 20 work has activated significantly over the past two years, with a large group of professionals from the VC and PE ecosystem actively engaging. During 2025 what stands out for me is the broad range of activities, from cooperating with the local universities in running a mentoring program for female students interested in the industry to actively supporting the Finnish Venture Capital Association in defining and establishing joint targets to further diversity and inclusion at all member GPs
