The launch of Level 20 in Italy was defined by a moment of pure, shared anticipation. The most memorable part was undoubtedly the first drinks event, where 40 Private Equity investors gathered. This turnout was a genuine surprise—no one had realized just how many of us were working in the industry across the country! It was a powerful, symbolic moment that marked the official foundation of the Italian chapter and set the collaborative, ambitious tone for everything that has followed.
