The Nordics Committee includes Denmark, Finland, Norway & Sweden and is an active chapter dedicated to supporting its members through mentor programs and networking events. As we continue to build support for women in private equity, we are building awareness of how to improve gender diversity across the region and increase the number of women working in the sector.

Members and sponsors in the four countries are connected to the Level 20 Nordics network and can access the mentoring programme, which covers the whole region. Level 20 Nordics runs its mentoring programme from September to September each year, and is always looking for new members.
The opportunity to connect with other women working in PE across the region is fantastic. Individually, we may each operate in relatively small countries, but together we’re able to leverage a wealth of knowledge and experience.
