Our mission is to increase the representation of senior women, particularly in investment roles, to transform the leadership landscape. Our initiatives support women’s careers and we work in partnership with the wider industry.
We are a pan-European organisation comprising 13 chapters across 20 countries with over 7,250 members. Each chapter is supported by the Level 20 executive team and a committee of volunteers who activate initiatives in local regions.
With over 120 sponsor firms (both GPs and LPs) across Europe, we have an international network of sponsors — enabling us to take a global view of industry change alongside a local view of targeted support.
In addition, our supporters, including those that provide financial and pro-bono support, as well as numerous industry organisations we align with, provide valuable resource, endorsement and advocacy.
Level 20 has built more than a network – it has created a sense of collective confidence and purpose that has reshaped how women see their place in private equity. The next decade is about turning that momentum into permanence and making gender diversity and female leadership not the exception we strive for but the norm we expect.
