Emma is a Partner and a member of the leadership team of Bridgepoint’s Private Equity business, where she is Head of Sectors, an Investment Committee member and part of the Operating Committee of the Buyout Fund. She previously served as Co-Head of the UK Investment Team and Head of the Business Services sector team.
Emma has over 20 years’ experience in private equity, partnering with management teams to grow international businesses.
She has been involved with Level 20 since its foundation, initially as a member of the Advisory Council and now as a Board Member.
She is also a Member of the UK Takeover Panel, a Trustee of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, a Governor of North London Collegiate School and has lectured on private equity law at Oxford University for over 15 years.
Emma began her career at Morgan Stanley and is a graduate of Oxford University and Harvard Business School, where she was a Fulbright Scholar.
She is strongly committed to developing talent and is an active mentor.
