Level 20 France was launched in 2017 by Caroline Folléas who is currently its Chair. The chapter leads in its outreach activities to encourage young women to join private equity and supports their mentoring and development. Other key initiatives include networking and events, advocacy and research.

Demystifying private equity

Level 20 France hosts regular live and digital outreach events in collaboration with business schools, universities and engineering schools with a focus on private equity discovery sessions with PE professionals sharing experiences and technical insights.

Level 20 cited in France Invest’s Diversity Charter

France Invest launched its gender diversity charter in 2020, which is aimed at holding GPs accountable for diversity within their firms and portfolio companies. The charter includes a commitment to participate in Level 20 programmes which demonstrates industry support of our initiatives.
