Shaping the next generation of leaders
Our industry-leading mentoring and event programmes accelerate career success. Level 20 Netherlands runs its mentoring programme from September to September, each year and is always looking for new members.
The Emerging Talent Group Programme
This programme supports women early in their private equity careers, helping them develop key skills and build strong networks with peers in the industry. Through guidance from more experienced mentors, participants gain insight, confidence, and connections that foster career growth.
The Lead Self Programme
A 1-to-1 mentoring experience designed to help women strengthen their leadership skills, confidence, and professional direction. Alongside mentorship, participants can access training, workshops, and networking opportunities in a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
The Lead Others Programme
This 1-to-1 programme supports women looking to expand their leadership and influence within private equity. Participants can engage in group workshops, 1-to-1 mentoring, or a combination of both, while benefiting from training and networking opportunities to enhance skills, build meaningful connections, and make an impact
The VC programme
A mentoring initiative for women working in venture capital, offering guidance, skill development, and networking opportunities. Participants gain support to grow their careers, strengthen connections, and thrive in the venture capital ecosystem.
The Dutch PE Academy
Launched in 2021, this annual two-day outreach programme is for final year female university students and introduces private equity as a career option for women, while offering the opportunity to acquire both technical and soft skills.
Attendees deepen their understanding of core aspects of private equity investing while building a network of invaluable contacts with senior members in the industry.

Research & Insight
Our proprietary research provides reliable industry data and qualitative insights.
Level 20 Netherlands published two reports in 2025, the Netherlands Diversity Report and Family Leave in Dutch private equity and venture capital.
Industry Engagement
We convene the industry, collaborating with firms to drive change across Europe. Level 20 sponsors fund Level 20’s activities, including our operational platform and membership activities. Sponsors can also access a wide range of resources to support their organisation and their people.
