We are pleased to be supporting the GAIN Empower Investment Internship Programme and would encourage our sponsors to consider hosting an intern in summer 2027.
The GAIN Empower Investment Internship Programme places women and non-binary students into paid, full-time summer internships at investment firms across the UK. Applicants study a variety of degrees and are in their penultimate or final year of undergraduate study or completing their Master’s or MBA. Every candidate is manually screened and matched to your firm based on your criteria, so firms meet only candidates who are genuinely suited to their team.
GAIN ensures that your intern is ready on day one, with interns completing technical skills training with AmplifyMe and securing access to a FactSet Workstation throughout their placement. They also receive soft skills training shaped by what host firms tell GAIN matters most in the working world, and an industry mentor to support them over the summer.
It’s not just the interns who benefit. Your team will too. Interns bring fresh perspectives and genuine enthusiasm and provide meaningful opportunities for your teams to coach or train, developing leadership capabilities.
