At Level 20 we are delighted to once again partner with GAIN (Girls Are INvestors) for the fifth year in a row, on their very successful Empower Investment Internship Programme 2026.
The Empower Investment programme provides an opportunity for female and non-binary students from UK universities to access training, mentoring and practical experience at a participating firm. Firms who participate are invited to showcase both their organisation and the industry in order to build a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for future investment roles.
The information session served as an opportunity for our sponsor firms to learn more about the programme structure, objectives, and how your organisation can get involved, whether you have been involved before or this is your first year considering it.
