The Career Portal will support our ongoing outreach activity across Europe, aiming to correct information asymmetries that exist, and act as a one-stop-shop to increase the number of talented women in the junior pipeline , supporting you in your efforts to improve the representation of women.
The portal acts as a resource bank, curating the best of what is already out there in one place, and also filling gaps with new, targeted materials.
